About Me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and a National Board-Certified Counselor. I have been working in the field of mental health for more than 12 years and have held a professional state license for 7 years. Prior to living in here in Florida, I worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Wyoming and Virginia. In addition to working with the civilian adult population, I have been honored to work with active duty military, veterans, and military families.
I collaborate with people who hope to overcome a variety of life’s obstacles and concerns, including: depression, anxiety, trauma (single-incident, interpersonal, chronic, and complex), concerns with relationships, interpersonal conflict, coping, emotional health, spiritual development, identity development, desire for personal growth, confidence, generalized fears, anger, transitions, adjustments, and direction in life.
